What Hemisphere am I in?

I've landed in Sydney and am ready to start the semester off! I had my first day of orientation today and already have made a couple of new friends. It was shocking to see so many international students, like myself, at the orientation sessions. In one session of around 100 students, there were only a handful who were citizens from Australia. I guess at least I know that I'm not alone here.
