Tas-Mania

I took a trip to Tasmania, which is an island separate from the "main" island of Australia, but still a part of the country. It's similar in that way to Hawai'i. I got to explore tons of scenic routes along the coast, through the forests, and walk around gardens. Despite all of that, my favorite part was this ice cream (shown below). The shop was actually a boat that was floating in the dock! They had a ton of award-winning flavors, but I ended up choosing "Pepperberry & Leatherwood Honey".
