Coffee in Australia

I didn't know how big coffee and breakfast is here. There's a mom-and-pop shop on every street that would put the Starbucks back home to shame. Each one has its specialty and even though I ordered the same thing, flat white, each one tasted different because they all use unique boutique roasteries.
