Sydney Royal Botanical Garden

An amazing and breath-taking garden right next to the Sydney Opera House. What more could you ask for? Its grounds are covered in beautiful plants, trees, and flowers. The lawns are very spacious and allows for everyone to find a nice picnic spot on any day.

One of the coolest things within the gardens is The Calyx, which is an exhibit that houses over 20,000 individual plants (not 20,000 different types of plants). It was an amazing thing to see and capture. As a matter of fact, researchers have been able to save a Native Hawaiian tree from extinction and some of the juvenile plants have been placed in this exhibit.
