Italian Food in Australia?

Australia is known for having some of the best seafood in the world. It's definitely reflected when you walk down that street and see countless sushi shops and a fish dish spotlighted on at every restaurant. However, what I've been most impressed with is the Italian food in Sydney. I'm not sure if it's because I haven't been exposed to much of it being from Hawai'i or if the food is just that good. Perhaps it's both and that's why I felt that it deserved a blog post specifically designated to it. I found that my go-to pasta is Spaghetti Carbonara, but nothing beats a good Margherita Pizza.
